Discovering the world is a core part of the Jardin experience. Students love to play pretend in their classrooms, feed our pet bunny, climb and build at the playground, get messy at the water table, and explore our art/science lab with Mango, our bearded dragon and the marine life in our 50 gallon fish tank.
In addition, students enjoy weekly Spanish music classes with Chaia May, Mindfulness classes with Jalene Salus and take frequent trips to Jardin’s own vegetable garden.
Our preschool and pre-kindergarten classes participate in a field trip once a month during the school year. Past field trips have included Hidden Villa, Ardenwood Farm, Hiller Aviation Museum, Webb Ranch, and Curiodyssey.
Our school gathers once a month in a local park to enjoy all that our area has to offer. Children connect with nature, develop gross motor skills and learn the importance of taking care of our community.
