General Job Description:
- Native Spanish Speaker
- Maintain a positive mindset, positive language and positive culture for the children.
- Sing songs and play games.
- Utilize (truly enjoy) the outdoor classrooms and garden for discovery and learning.
- Prepare classroom each day to inspire the children to create and encourage them to explore and discover.
- Reggio inspired, emergent curriculum and activities that are play based and process based.
- Create and maintain a safe and caring learning environment implementing positive mindset practices.
- Communicate with parents on a daily basis.
- Knowledge of Toilet training and diapering
- Guide children in a positive manner to learn self-care (toilet training, eating, dressing).
- Light cleaning duties include wiping down tables and surfaces and maintaining a clean, organized environment.
